transatcafelor.org

The Transat Café de l’Or is a transatlantic race that starts from Le Havre (France) and crosses the Atlantic heading to Martinique. It is the Transat of big boats and great sailors. It is an intense, non-assisted crossing, designed for 100% racing boats and 40-foot or larger one-designs. Aina has been selected by the organization in the Cap Pour Elles 2025 Program sponsored by Engie, which has allowed her to obtain 35% of the project’s budget.

Technical partner

This new sporting stage arrives backed by an ecosystem of technical collaborators who share the project’s values and make it possible to continue sailing towards new challenges. Gill continues as the official supplier of technical equipment, and Robline remains a strategic partner in the development of custom ropework, adapted to Aina’s needs and optimized for the demands of long and self-sufficient crossings. Their experience in manufacturing halyards, sheets, and high-strength lines is a guarantee of trust.

And as a novelty, this year Nautix joins as a new technical collaborator. Specialized in high-performance nautical paints, this French company provides innovative solutions for hull protection and slip, an essential factor to maintain speed and efficiency during long ocean crossings.
