The Route du Rhum Village is now open in Saint-Malo

The Route du Rhum Village is now open in Saint-Malo, bringing thirteen days of activities, encounters and celebrations ahead of the race start on Sunday 1 November.
From 20 October to 1 November, the city’s harbour basins are the meeting point for offshore sailing. With more than one million visitors expected, the Village offers the public the opportunity to walk the pontoons, discover the competing boats, meet the skippers, attend concerts and enjoy a wide range of maritime activities.
Behind this festive atmosphere, the final days before the start are particularly intense for every team. Safety checks, technical adjustments, final inspections, onboard logistics and provisioning are all part of this crucial period. Every detail matters before the fleet sets off on the 3,542-nautical-mile solo race from Saint-Malo to Guadeloupe.
The Village is also an important opportunity to bring together partners, media, visitors and everyone following the race, offering a close-up view of the preparations behind an offshore campaign.
