Sailing solo across the oceans has taught me something very simple: there are no shortcuts or magic formulas, only preparation, humility before the sea, and the ability to make good decisions when no one can help you.
These are the values I carry on every crossing and try to share beyond the sea.
Sustainability

Wind and sun are the only energy I use to cross thousands of miles. As a sailor, I'm in direct and constant contact with the ocean, and this makes me especially aware of the fragility of an environment that must be protected. Sustainability isn't just a talking point: it's a way of sailing.

Equality
No Spanish woman had ever achieved a world sailing record before 2024. With this project, I also want to give visibility to women in offshore and competitive sailing, and to advocate for equality in ocean racing.I am also a proud ambassador of the Fondation Alice Milliat.
Alone at sea, I learn to solve problems with creativity, calm and perseverance. Through talks and lectures for companies, schools and clubs, I share how sailing teaches determination, uncertainty management and working under pressure.
