In 2025, I\u2019ve been selected for the Cap Pour Elles 2025<\/strong> scholarship. This has allowed us to count on the support of Engie<\/strong> and secure 35% of the budget to launch the project and start sailing with Grand Rhino<\/strong>. Right now, we\u2019re still looking for our main sponsor<\/strong> to consolidate a competitive Class 40 campaign. These boats combine speed, reliability, and robust construction, with a design that allows for spectacular downwind surfing. Today, this circuit is one of the most active and exciting on the international stage.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>2024. Beginnings of the project<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>A project begins long before casting off. In 2023, I started working as a technician and sailor, combining solo Mini sailing with various experiences aboard Class 40s in Lorient<\/strong>, one of the most important offshore sailing hubs in the world. And in 2024, I knew it was time to take the next step, so I began mapping out my path. I moved to Lorient, the world\u2019s epicenter for offshore sailing training<\/strong>. There, I designed countless projects until a clear goal emerged: the next challenge would be the \u00a0Transat Caf\u00e9 L’Or<\/strong><\/a>, a transatlantic race starting from Le Havre (France)<\/strong> and crossing the Atlantic to Martinique<\/strong>. It\u2019s the Transat of big boats and big sailors.
